Live Music Lives
A digital platform empowering musicians, artists, and agents to build meaningful careers, connect professionally, and access independent opportunities — all delivered online.
Union Station is not a venue, promoter, or live event producer. We do not operate or manage physical performance spaces, nor do we host events or sell tickets. Our services are delivered entirely through a cloud-based platform focused on long-term career growth, professional development, and streamlined access to industry opportunities.
We exist to support the individuals behind live music — not just in performance, but in livelihood. Our platform offers curated directories, educational tools, secure networking, and visibility pathways that help artists sustain themselves and thrive in a competitive field. Every element of the system is designed to help music not only be heard, but lived — through real work, real growth, and real careers.
The phrase “Live Music Lives” is used to identify a digital infrastructure and ecosystem that supports the ongoing vitality of music professionals and their careers, not any venue, performance space, or entertainment location. It reflects the platform’s mission to enable long-term success in live music without operating as a physical presenter of events.
At its core, Live Music Lives is a statement of intent: that the experience of music, and the people who make it, deserve to continue, evolve, and prosper. Our technology enables that by connecting those who perform, support, and seek live music — without ever acting as an event host, venue, or manager.
Union Station supports the living force of music — in human terms, in economic terms, and in professional terms. Because when music is alive, so are the lives and livelihoods that depend on it.
Vision
Our aspiration is to establish a comprehensive global booking database referred to as Union Station, which will serve as a unifying platform connecting venues, artists, and agents with the general public, ultimately becoming synonymous with "the music industry." Our slogan is Live Music Lives. We believe that finding the right person, the right place, and the right support, regardless of location, budget and language, should all be possible on the same platform.
Mission Statement
We believe that by promoting diversity, we can foster a more sustainable and dynamic live music industry, starting in North America and expanding globally. Our commitment is to offer a platform that enables artists, venues, and agents to realize their full potential. Union Station™ is where individuals can set their rates, discover their next opportunities, and access precise, real-time information.
We aim to achieve this by:
Diversifying talent: We believe that all artists deserve an equal opportunity to succeed, regardless of their background or genre. Our platform promotes a fair environment for all artists, working to eliminate obstacles and promote a more inclusive industry.
Connecting people: We understand the importance of networking and collaboration in the music industry. Our platform makes it easier for artists, venues, and agents to connect with each other, fostering new relationships and opportunities.
Efficient Technology: We are committed to using new technology to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the music industry. Our platform provides a range of innovative tools and services that allow artists, venues, and agents to book gigs, find talent, and manage their careers.
Why we started Union Station
Currently the music industry is a word-of-mouth and social-media dominated industry. Finding a huge disconnection between all artists, venues, and agents, we have the goal of connecting and communicating with the community. Find who you are looking for. Let’s advance your connections.
Accessibility
Union Station was designed to make the music industry accessible to everyone. Our focus includes supporting older musicians who may not use social media, appealing to the current generation that is familiar with app-based platforms (such as Uber and Instacart), and facilitating ease of access for future generations entering the music scene.
Our organization believes knowledge and accessibility are fundamentally interconnected. The more information that we can collect on wheelchair accessible venues, LGBTQ2S+ safe spaces, and sensory-safe venues the better we can serve the community as a whole. We strive to support the Deaf community by making it easier to locate Sign language interpreters and setting industry standards for what venues should be providing. Committed to the principles of DEIA (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Accessibility), we plan to raise awareness about the various factors involved in truly making the music industry fully accessible by asking the right questions.
